For winning first place in my Believix contest for my OC Kaelyn. She asked for Holiday dresses for 3 of her OC's.
So here is Kandi. I don't get the impression Kandi would wear the standard holiday colors, so I picked something that a bit out of the box for a holiday dress and I think it suits her. I am sooooo sorry you have had to wait so long and I promise I will have the other two done soon. I hope you like it and that I captured her personality alright.
